- After rocking
up at 7:30pm, people warm up by throwing the frisbee for about
15 minutes. Two even teams of 7 players with substitutes, are
then picked so everyone gets plenty of rests. One or two games
are played usually until about 9:30 or everyone is too sweaty
and ready for a swim.
